While our team maintains a 98% success rate, all final admission offers and visa grant decisions remain the sole jurisdiction of the respective university boards and foreign embassy immigration authorities.
3. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to provide genuine, accurate, and verifiable academic certificates, identity documents, and financial records. Submission of fabricated documents is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate termination of services without refund.
4. Intellectual Property
All proprietary website content, branding, guides, logos, and materials remain the exclusive intellectual property of BLUSEA OVERSEAS and may not be reproduced without prior written authorization.
